Your Team was founded by Jop Knoester, a former footballer whose own career was cut short by injury. Instead of walking away from the game, he decided to stay close to it by helping young players navigate the world he knows so well.
Jop understands what it means to chase a dream, and what it takes to keep going when things get tough. That’s why he works side by side with his players, not just as an agent, but as someone who truly gets their journey.
From choosing the right club to making career-defining decisions, Jop offers honest advice, full commitment, and a personal connection that goes beyond business.
